Mark as Useful THIS MAN WITH AN ACCENT SAID THAT HE WORKED FOR THE SHAWN DAVIS LAW FIRM.. HE SAID THAT I WAS BEING SUED AND THAT I WOULD HAVE WARRANT ISSUED FOR MY ARREST... HE SAID THAT THEY WERE GETTING ME FOR CHECK FRAUD,AND 2 OTHER THINGS... HE SAID THAT I HAD GOTTEN AN ONLINE LOAN FROM A COMPANY AND THAT I RECIEVED THE FUNDS BUT WHEN THEY WENT TO TAKE OUT THE MONEY I OWED THEM THAT MY BANK DECLINED THEM.... I HAVE NEVER EVEN DONE ANY DEALINGS WITH THIS COMPANY AMERICAN CASH... NEVER EVEN HEARD OF THEM..I TOLD HIM THAT MY ATTORNEY WOULD BE GIVING THEM A CALL BACK AND HE HUNG UP ON ME....

Mark as Useful A man called me again...this is the third time he has called me. He told me i was a finalist for a million dollar sweepstakes and then asked me to purchase magazines for $4.95. I said no and asked me why and kept persueing me to get the magazines. It's scary. He somehow knows my name, phone number, age and where I work. This guy needs to be stopped!
